REGISTRATION
Patients are registered by information call center telephone 377771, mobile 869708888. Patients can also register via the internet www.silainiupoliklinika.lt
Patients may apply to Reception of the outpatient clinic:
- On workdays (I-V) 7:30 - 20:00 hour;
- On Saturdays (VI) 8:00 - 13:00 hour.
After working hours and holidays, required medical attention is given at Kaunas Clinical Hospital No.2 Admission section (Josvainiu street 2, Kaunas, ph. (37) 306011).
Calls to patient home are registered:
- On workdays (I-V) 7:30 - 17:00 hour.

ORDER OF PAID SERVICES OFFERED
1. Outpatient clinic provides paid personal care services when recipients (legal and natural persons) have to pay. Paid personal health care list is approved by orders of Minister of Health of Lithuania and Kaunas Silainiai outpatient clinic Director (chief physician).
2. Paid services are provided to permanent residents of the country, they may pay for other natural or legal persons and voluntary insurance institutions when patients are not covered by compulsory health insurance or they are without person's primary care physician or a specialist dispatch, the same applies to dispatch (medical consultations, procedures, tests, etc..) or send them to private doctors offices, in accordance with pre-negotiated contracts.
3. Paid services are available:

if the funds exhausted outpatient clinic limit of the agreement with territorial patient fund, and clinic administration published, that it is temporarily not possible to provide certain routine examination or treatment, and insured by compulsory health insurance service the patient wishes to receive it urgent.

when a patient chooses service, but it is not connected to the main treatment for illness, but to the other accompanying disease, and may be provided on the wish of patient by the treating physician at the time.

When services are not reimbursed from the state, municipalities, compulsory health insurance fund, health funds and funds for programs.

in Odontology center paid services are provided for patients under the signature, and it is affixed to a Person medical history

for dental prosthesis, when the rate of compulsory health insurance fund, but the patient before reaching the Second Territorial Patient Fund report on the availability of dental prosthetic services. Costs for these services are reimbursed at the patient from the compulsory health insurance fund under the State Patient Fund procedures.
